Wart Removal
Life is loaded with those little unexpected burdens, and a wart definitely falls into this category. Let's
face it; no one ever wants to be annoyed by some gross lump of skin on their fingers, hands, elbow or even your
face. Especially not several of those little suckers at a time. Well, before you totally freak out and snag a meat
cleaver to hack that sucker off, I suggest you consider one of the more simple and effective routes for
wart removal. You can make those ugly little warts go away forever with the right
remedy. All it takes is a little patience and possibly some standard household ingredients.
I can still recall back when I was just a kid. At age five or six I was afflicted
with a few warts on my finger. However, since I knew of no legitimate wart removal remedy, I
proceeded to rip them off with my own teeth. After having done this, I don't recommend this shoddy procedure to
anyone else. You see when it comes to warts and wart removal, the first thing you should realize is that you're
dealing with a virus. Although a wart appears at first glance to be a small lump of skin, it's actually caused by a
virus that you acquired somewhere down the road. The good news is that you can remove that ugly wart with
a variety of simple procedures. Here are a couple of common procedures you can do yourself to get rid
of that stubborn little wart:
One of the more common procedures is the use of apple cider vinegar. Start by saturating a bandage of some sort
with apple cider vinegar and secure it over the wart while you are sleeping. I am willing to bet you'll notice soon
enough that the wart is history. One of the best aspects of this wart removal remedy is that it's dealing
with your problem during the night hours. This is convenient because you are not burdened with a
bandage strapped across your hand or elbow during the daytime.
Another method to removing pesky warts is duct tape. It may sound funny, but this is a wart removal cure as old
as time. Or at least as old as duct tape anyway. All you need to do is place a portion of duct tape over your wart.
Sit back and watch as the wart gradually fades away. A specific ingredient found in duct tape allows this to
happen. I used this method on my daughter's warts and it worked like a charm.
When it comes right down to it, if you don't have the time to wait around for home-style wart removal remedies
and cures, there is always the doctor. Your doctor can remove your wart by freezing or shocking it. The
procedure is up to you. Just be aware that these "more professional" methods of wart removal will very often leave
you with a blister or some sort of mark for a little while after the treatment. It would seem that the costly way
is not always the best way.
