Bags Under Your Eyes
As we begin to age, our bodies can't help but show the common signs of this inevitable process.
It becomes more difficult to conceal your fine lines. Those ugly age spots start to become more
visible. But the worst part of aging is when the bags under your eyes start to sag beyond
your control. Often when people look in the mirror they wonder if this is actually reality. Well, I don't
think it has to be our reality in 2009. We now have access to a plethora of highly effective products
that assist us in battling the countless signs of aging. We no longer have to sit back and "grow old
gracefully". Now is our time to begin fighting father time! People everywhere are constantly
asking the question; "How do you get rid of bags under your eyes?" Fair enough! I
also think there are plenty of men who are struggling with the same concerns. If it's not bags, it is
those unsightly dark circles. And if it's neither of these problems, it's the fine lines that seem to appear
overnight. These are defiantly the three main culprits.
A few simple remedies that are easy to use and work quite well.
To start off with you have what is known as the cooling effect. When you wake up in the morning with
those ugly bags under your eyes, I recommend you resort to common cold water and a washcloth. Douse the
washcloth in the cold water, ring it out, and fold it. Lay back on your bed for five or ten minutes
with the washcloth covering your eyes. This simple remedy will decrease the puffiness you are
experiencing. You can also take it a step further and purchase a simple eye mask that will have the same effect.
Surely you have seen these before. They come in all sorts of colors like green, blue or pink. Leave them in your
refrigerator when you are not using them. This way they are always cold and ready to go. In addition, you can
go purchase eye compresses from cosmetic lines such as Borghese. These are excellent and work like a charm in
battling fine lines as well.
Probably the best solution for bags under your eyes is the simplest. Make sure you get enough sleep and eat
a proper diet. Too much excess salt in your diet can make this area swell up. And not getting the
proper rest can always contribute to eye area problems like bags, dark circles and puffiness. The one thing
every person should invest in is a high quality eye cream or gel. These products are awesome for dealing with
dark circles and bags under your eyes. Apply these products with your finger in the morning and
night after a facial cleansing. You will definitely see a noticeable decrease in those dark circles, fine
lines and puffiness if you use it regularly. Virtually all cosmetic brands offer quality eye creams and gels. It is
entirely up to you to choose the one that works wonders for your under-eyes.
